【 IMC-GEC 种植牙口外术式小百科】即拔即种和伤口愈合 Immediate Implants Placement and Wound Closure

即拔即种植牙手术主要针对刚拔牙后所呈现的齿槽骨窝中进行种植。除了评估拔牙后齿槽骨窝的大⼩，在骨质骨型，还有软组织的愈合条件都须列入评估。此手术可降低种植牙⼿术时间、有效减少不必要的创伤（切口），也可在术后装上臨时假牙，以保美观。
现今在种植牙手术的时间管理，依据 Hämmerle et al. 2004 的分类和 Chen et al. 2009 之后的补充，以下表格为拔牙后的手术评估及其优缺点（即拔即种属第一类）。 ⽽近年來，在 Chen & Buser 2009 的臨床报告中发现，第⼀、⼆、三类的成功率明显优于第四类。而第一类即拔即种较易出现牙龈黏膜萎缩的情形，为其组织防御、美观等的挑战。
